If you want to speak normally, you could say:

Building A is conveniently located in area X.

Note that "Building A" and "area X" (even if you replace "A" and "X" with something) is unnatural. I assume you're actually going to name the area in the finished version. If that's the case, when you ask your question, lay it out like this:

[Name of building] is located in [name of area]. It is a convenient location.

The use of square brackets indicates that, in the finished version, you will replace the words inside them with the appropriate terms.
