What I want to express:
Building A is located in area X. It is a convenient location.

I'd like to know if "Building A is located in area X and it is very convenient" mean the same. Would people know that "convenient" is describing the location?

Yes, they would.

If you want to speak normally, you could say:

Building A is conveniently located in area X.

Note that "Building A" and "area X" (even if you replace "A" and "X" with something) is unnatural. I assume you're actually going to name the area in the finished version. If that's the case, when you ask your question, lay it out like this:

[Name of building] is located in [name of area]. It is a convenient location.

The use of square brackets indicates that, in the finished version, you will replace the words inside them with the appropriate terms.

It's a convenient location if you live nearby. Otherwise, how is it convenient?

It is near all major public transportation.

That's "public transport" in BrE.
