Does "it will probably flush out in a month" mean "the coronavirus crisis will end in a month"?

He has handled this poorly, but 300 people die of the lives a day, in a good flu season. 26 Americans have died so far of corona and it will probably flush out in a month.

More or less. Next month we'll be talking about something else.

He's saying "I don't understand how numbers work, especially exponents."

That is not what he is saying. We should stick to English here, not political opinions.

What does "of the lives" (in "but 300 people die of the lives a day") mean?

I think "lives" was a typo and it was meant to be "virus". I'm just guessing though.

I'd guess he meant "the flu". I can't imagine how he ended up with "lives".

Auto-correct and fat fingers can do all kinds of things when typing tweets.
