Is it okay to have a sentence without subject after a semicolon?

Is this correct?

Jack really loved his wife; wanted nothing but her happiness.

It's not possible grammatically.

Can I not repeat the pronoun and not use "and"?

It would still be wrong with a comma, right?

Jack really loved his wife, wanted nothing but her happiness.

No. You need either "and" after the comma or a semi-colon followed by "he".
