Are both sentences grammatically correct?

1. Just you rest now.
2. You just rest now.
 
They're both grammatically correct. Which one you use would depend on context.
 
I'd say yes.

The first sentence seems on the surface grammatically odd, but I think it would be quite natural for many speakers.
 
The first could be used to sound reassuring.
