waitress
"May I take your order?"

Laguna
"The usual!"

Kiros
"Me, too."

Ward
"Keep 'em coming!"

So how to understand this sentence:"Keep 'em coming!"

I would imagine that the usual order is for alcoholic drinks; Ward wants another drink as soon as he has finished one.

But the context shows that they had just sat down without any drinking yet.

I gathered that from the fact that the waitress said "May I take your order". It maks no difference to my original response. The waitress will bring the drinks. Ward and his companions will drink them. Ward wants the waitress to bring new drinks as soon as this has happened.

I see!
Thanks a bundle!!

Also, because Laguna and Kiros ordered "the usual", it is clear that these people have been there often enough for them to expect the waitress to know what they order.

The entire conversation is just a formality. ;-)
