know + pronoun + (to) V

The verb "know" typically takes a to-infinitival, but it can also take a bare infinitival.
It doesn't take a bare infinitival for those native speakers who find it, as Skrej so eloquently put it in post #11, "beyond unnatural" to use a bare infinitival there.
 
As emsr2d2 said earlier, "Over the last couple of days, we have clearly indicated to learners that, sometimes, there is no universal agreement on certain aspects of English. I think we would all do well to remember that".

That's a good thought to end on.
