I need to write my bank, please see the following sentence is correct …


I, Joe xxxx, holder of A/C: xxxxx, am in need of making following changes to the profile of my account……

Remember to end your sentences with periods.

I hope that the name and account number are not the real ones. If they are, I would edit them.
 
I have deleted them.

Also, I would say need to make rather than am in need of making.
 
Is "A/C" a common abbreviation for you?

It means Air Conditioning for me. Not "Account."
 
A/C is commonly used in the UK as an abbreviation of 'account'.
