Dear Sir or Madam,
I was very pleased to receive your letter informing me that I have won the first prize of the last compettion which was held on 09/02/2011 in which my dream became real to visit France. And I’m writing this letter to clarify some points regarding the prize.
Firstly, I need more information about the flight, what is the flight time and if the date of travel is confirmed or not and how I will receive the ticket.
Secondly, I would like to know what type of the accommodation is available and is this will be arranged by you and would you also mind informing me if the accommodation includes meals. I would also like to know what sort of liesur activities can be arranged.
Another matter I need information on is the holiday expences, are you going to cover everything in the trip or you will only paid for flight.
Finally, are there any restrictions in this trip, if yes I would like to know them before going there.
