I want to write a letter to a man who iam interested in but i do not want to tell him that iam interested, he already knows. Its just that this is my first time writing to him and i don't know what to put on the letter. Please help.

I assume you mean you are romantically interested in him, but he already knows this!

What do you want to write to him about? Is he someone who you see regularly anyway but you want to write to him anyway? Do you want it to be a romantic letter, or just a friendly letter?

I am romantically interested in him, but I have not met or spoken to him before, except some of his family. I wanted to write him a friendly letter for starters, however, I do not know what I want to say to him.
