Please see my corrections above. There is no need to address users here with "Dear
Sir" - that is how to open a formal letter to a man, and it suggests that you think everyone here is male. We are not.
It's important to follow these rules of written English at all times:
- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with one appropriate punctuation mark.
- Always capitalise the word "I".
Don't start a question with "How to".
We don't write letters here for people. Try to write the letter yourself, post it in this section (Letter Writing) and we will look at it.
