Hi!
What is the exact meaning of the following sentence? It is a title from a text about using mobile devices and Internet in education. The text followed by mentioning of advantages of using mobile devices and internet in education, but the idiom "leveraging off" is unclear. I think it means "enjoy the benefits" but I am not sure.
Leveraging Off the Advantages of Net Tablets

Thanks very much

It's jargon. It means nothing to me.

Another forum member asked some questions about the same text a couple of weeks ago. My advice is to find a different text as the one you're reading is badly written.
