In China, there is a saying, which is often translated into English as follows. " Life lies in movement." It is meant to express that a healthy life lies in taking part in some kind of sport.

My question is whether "Life lies in movement" is correctly translated. Or is there any equivalent English expression which is more natural?

Thanks for your help!

Jason

Something like 'Take exercise to stay healthy'.
