Hello,

Can anybody tel me what the author means by the light up effect?

“My favourite is the one where you screw me with your new big d*ck—you have a kind of light-up effect with that—and then you kick me out onto the street naked,” says Suzie. “Actually it’s kind of a turn-on.”

The Headlife by Margaret Atwood, 2012

Thanks

Light up Effect:
This is saying that she becomes so excited by his new attachment that "she lights up" like a control panel or a Christmas tree.

I get the idea of this kind of effect:

Agh - seizure warnings please, people.:crazyeye:

I think there's also a reference to the phrase 'light up my life' - see the last entry here.

In this case, it's his newly enlarged male enhancement (via this story) that's lighting up her life.

Hmm, works for me.

Maybe some kind of regional settings with copyright?

Sorry, Tdol. That is strange. Do you have trouble with other youtube videos?

not a teacher

Just for the info. I got "This video is not available" as well. I seldom have problems with Youtube.

It must have to do with geography.

It is identical, Matthew. Thanks.

Not usually, but some things are not available in Japan.

Mike's version "wasn't available" in the UK as well. However, Matthew's version worked for me.

MikeNewYork's version is available only to himself and Skrej, both of whom are in the USA.

I find this very strange. Youtube should be youtube.

Vimeo is often not available- I have seen messages from them in a few countries. It's rare with YouTube.
