"In Hamburg, following their show at the Fabrik cultural centre on 15 September, the band hired a local studio to record a song the eldest Young brother, Alex, now living in Hamburg, had written for them called ‘I’m A Rebel’. With George once again in attendance they laid down the basic riff and Bon sank his teeth into the vocal, but the end result was hardly inspired, with its pat lines about being ‘a danger to the public’ and ‘the product of a screwed-up world’, but none of the reassuring Bon twinkle to add a nicely ironic polish. Again, the song remained unused, eventually resurfacing four years later when it became the title track of the second album by Solingen based metal band – and AC/DC wannabes – Accept, whose more literal musical approach the song suited better".
Mick Wall, "Hell Ain't A Bad Place To Be"
What might the bolded mean in other words?
