[Vocabulary] Little favor VS small favor

Hi there!

Favors come in a variety of sizes. Some are big, others small. I understand that we may say 'a little favor' or 'a small favor'. But... would it be any difference in meaning?

I would have said that 'small favo(u)r)' was more common than 'little favo(u)r'. I would have been wrong: Ngram.

The results for "little favo(u)r" may be distorted by unrelated phrases like his proposal found little favor with the Board.
