Is 'little' a determiner or an adjective?
Little efforts can make a big difference.


 
An adjective.
 
One way we know this is because efforts is plural.

A determiner can also be added to the noun phrase: These little efforts can make a big difference.
 
Is this 'little' a determiner, please? :)
