In God's image he created him; male and female he created them.
There are two simple sentences. In the second sentence, the subject is "he", the verb is "create", and the object is "them". And then how about "male and female"?
 
It's an object complement.

Can object complement be placed at the beginning of the sentence?

Is it an inverted sentence? complete inverted one or partical inverted one? Which grammar rule mentions this ?

It's an unusual sentence. Normally, you'd choose a different word orded. There surely is some kind of inversion here but I never heard the terms you mentioned. I hope someone will be able to help you.
