If you mean that an Armenian-Austrian business forum has been organised specifically to mark your visit then your sentence works if you add "the" before "organisation" (and a couple of other slight changes).

I am delighted that my visit to Austria has been marked by the organisation of an Armenian-Austrian business forum.

I don't think you need to say "friendly Austria". That sounds as if there is an unfriendly Austria which you didn't visit.

It is a diplomatic way to refer to a given country. I do not know a better way of expressing this.
