Is it correct to say "I am glad that my visit to friendly Austria is marked by organization of an Armenian-Austrian business forum"?

No. I don't know what it means.

If you mean that an Armenian-Austrian business forum has been organised specifically to mark your visit then your sentence works if you add "the" before "organisation" (and a couple of other slight changes).

I am delighted that my visit to Austria has been marked by the organisation of an Armenian-Austrian business forum.

I don't think you need to say "friendly Austria". That sounds as if there is an unfriendly Austria which you didn't visit.

It is a diplomatic way to refer to a given country. I do not know a better way of expressing this.:)

If you really want to use it, use it. It sounds unnatural.

You'll remember me questioning your "friendly Lithuanians". It seems I'm not the only one who dislikes it. Perhaps you need an alternative?

I perfectly remember that case. However, I can't find any alternative. Perhaps cutting out is the only way.:)
