Which of the following modals is correct?

1 - This is to inform you that our school is going to organise a dance competition on 15 February, 2021. Those interested in participating in the competition may/can/should contact the undersigned person.

Who are you writing this to?

Use should.

Why are you announcing the date you will organize the competition? Don't you mean that that's the date on which the competition will occur?

Yes I mean the competition will occur on that date.

Yes I mean the competition will occur on that date.
