"May I have a call today?"

Is that [STRIKE]correct[/STRIKE] sentence correct or [STRIKE]else will[/STRIKE] is "I have a call today" [STRIKE]is[/STRIKE] correct?

Welcome to the forum. :hi:

Note my corrections above. It is important to follow these rules at all times in written English:

- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- Always capitalise the word "I".
- End every sentence with one appropriate punctuation mark.

"May I have a call today?" is technically grammatical but I have no idea what it means.
"I have a call today" is also technically grammatical but I have no idea what it means.

One is a question and the other is not so they can't mean the same thing.

Can you explain what you're trying to say using different words.

"Did I get any calls?"

Is that what you mean?
