Note my corrections above. It is important to follow these rules at all times in written English:
- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- Always capitalise the word "I".
- End every sentence with one appropriate punctuation mark.
"May I have a call today?" is technically grammatical but I have no idea what it means.
"I have a call today" is also technically grammatical but I have no idea what it means.
One is a question and the other is not so they can't mean the same thing.
Can you explain what you're trying to say using different words.
