A: I'm not alcoholic
B: Me neither

Is the usage of "me neither" correct here?

I am not a teacher.

It's very informal.

"Neither am I" would be better.

"I'm not an alcoholic" would be a more natural statement. Your statement means "I am not made of alcohol". Both need a full stop at the end.

"Me neither" is quite normal in conversational AmE.

Same over here.

You could also use "Nor am I" (and you will hear "Nor I" and "Nor me").
