Do these microdialogues sound natural (or rather strange)?
1) - Meg, ˈAnn ˈHill is in.
- Let’s see Ann.
- Let’s.

2)
- Meg, ˈAnn is in.
- Ann Hill?
- Yes.
- ˈLet’s see Ann at once.
- Let’s.

They sound rather strange to me.

Do you mean this?

Person 1: Meg, Ann is here.
Meg: Ann Hill?
Person 1: Yes (or, Yes, Ann Hill)
Meg: Okay - Let's get Ann in here right away. or "I'll see Ann right away."
Person 1: Okay. (or You got it, or a few other things, including "I'll go [and] get her.")
