[General] Multiply signatory

Hello,

Can someone tell me the proper format of having three different signatories in a business letter?
How should it be formatted in a full block letter style?

Need your comment asap! Please.
 
In block letter style, the signatories would all be listed flush left. Traditionally they are listed in order of hierarchy (that is, president first, sales rep second, etc.). If all the signatories of are equal "rank," then it is customary to list them alphabetically. Always leave four vertical spaces for their actual signature. Here is an example:


Sincerely,


Niles Crane
President



Roger Taylor
Sales Manager



Russell Mael
Sales Representative

Following your format, is it alright to use a 2nd page if not all signatories would fit in one page? Even if it would mean that the 2nd page will only have name/s of one or two of the signatories?

If that will apply, should there be a heading (or something) in page 2 that would indicate the page is a continuation of the 1st page even if it only has the signature/s of one or two of the signatories?
 
Yes, it is correct to continue the signatures on a second (non-letterhead) page. The traditional format is as follows:


(top of page, flush right)
Mr. (or Ms.) Addressee
Date of letter
Page 2​

(add four vertical spaces after that heading)

[signature of next person]
[typed name and title of person]


etc
