It's not a very good question, but your answer works. With answer 2, you don't have to use be after must for deduction, and if you do, you'd use must be coming.

Well, females aren't immune to color blindness, but it's a lot rarer among your sex.

Anyway, I'm confident that you'll be able to master the rules of spacing around punctuation marks. Incorrect spacing doesn't usually make a text incomprehensible, but it makes it harder to read. You'll quickly get into the habit of tapping the spacebar after every punctuation mark that requires a space after it.
