Dear all,

I am creating a catchy buffet rule for a company event to ensure that participants don't take all the food, leaving those at the back of the queue with no options.

What do you think about this sentence?

Take one of each, everyone gets a taste!
If you want more, finish first what's on your plate.

Thanks all.

See above.

Try:

Just take a little of everything. Leave some for the rest.

"A little" is a bit subjective, though. If the OP really does want people to take just one piece/slice/helping of any food they want, the sign needs to make that clear.
