[General] need to improve my writting skill

good day, i have a problem with day today writting emails, letters .. and so.

i am arabic native speeking, and i tryied my best, but no much improvement.

dont know where to start, i need your advise.

Welcome to the forum.

One of the most important things to remember when using written English is that you must stick to the following rules:

- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with a single punctuation mark.
- Always capitalise the word "I".

Addressing your posts "Dear Sir" is not appropriate. Many of the volunteers here are female. You can just write "Hello" or something similar.

Check your spelling before you send an email, and before you post on the forum. Several of the spelling errors in your post could have been easily avoided.

I have made several corrections to your post in red. Look at them carefully.
