Neither do i hate nor do i love it .

What is the right way to say it?

I neither love it nor hate it.

Note that it's important to capitalise "I" at all times. We don't put a space before a full stop, comma, question mark or exclamation mark.

But I want to say that sentence in answer to something , that is what it is necessary to use "do" after neither or nor. But i just don't know how to use that.

I don't understand what you want to say. You said "I want to say that sentence in answer to something" - what are you answering?

I think the answer is going to be the same anyway. Even if the question is "Do you love it or hate it?" there's no need to use "do" in the answer.

I agree with Raymott- just because we use do in a question, it doesn't mean we have to use it in an answer.
