neither/either...nor/or

Neither/either he nor/or I am/is/are right.

About the above sentenc, which of the underlined part is right for it? Or all of them are right?
 
I'd say

'Either he's right or I am.'

He's not right and neither am I'.

Note my corrections above.

Like Rover, I'd say "Either he's/she's right or I am". To use "neither", I'd say "Neither of us is right".
 
But there exist the phrases like "neither/either... nor/or..." in English. In what situation do you use them?
 
Americans (except for me) have largely abandoned nor. They nearly always use or with neither.
