Neither's side

Is it correct to say "I am not on neither of them's side or I am on his or their side.

I don't understand the part of your question after "or".

I don't know what you want to say, but you can't use 'not' and 'neither' together like this.

Perhaps, "I am not on either of their sides" would do the trick.

I am not on either of their sides = I am on neither of their sides.

In both cases there are two sides. You would use "any" if there were more than two sides.
