Which one is correct and are there differences?

1-I spent days and nobody called me or sent me a message.

2-I spent days and nobody neither called me nor sent me a message.

3- I spent days and nobody called me nor did they sent me a message.

What does "I spent days" mean?

Nobody called me or sent me a message.

I'd open with "Days went by and ...". As you've been shown, remove "neither". I'd end with "... nobody called or messaged me".
You can use "message" as a verb here, especially because in terms of technology it covers emails, texts, Whatsapp etc.

Thank you. If I remove "neither," Would the sentence be correct?

I spent days and nobody called me nor sent me a message.

3- If I say, days went by and nobody called me nor did they messaged me , Is it correct?

I made message as a verb as you suggested in your post.

Thank you.

What does "I spent days" mean?

I wanted to say that days went by, as emsr2d2 suggested. I do not if "I spent days" makes sense

If it made sense, Tarheel would not have written post #2, jutfrank wouldn't have omitted it completely and I wouldn't have reworded it.
