-Nothing I haven't seen before! My second-story window looked right into your bedroom!

1) Is the bold part the same as "There is nothing that I haven't seen before"?
2) Is "look right" or "look into" a phrasal verb?

I would argue that "Nothing I haven't seen before" means "Seeing you in your underwear is nothing I haven't seen before", not that "There is nothing that I haven't seen before".
You could say it means "That is nothing I haven't seen before".
