Is there a nuance between them?

1. My birthday is on 30/11/2010.

2. My birthday will be on 30/11/2010

Are they really the same in meaning?
Thank you very much.....

1. My birthday is on 30/11/2010. :tick: This makes a point about a recurring fact of the calendar.

2. My next birthday will be on 30/11/2010 This form often uses some kind of adjective or adj. phrase.

To refer to a forthcoming event, 2 is often rewritten slightly: 'Next Tuesday will be my birthday.' (But there the present tense can be used too: 'It's my birthday next Tuesday' or even 'My birthday's next Tuesday'.)

Do you also accept this one?

Next Tuesday is my birthday. (it is also a fact.)

Thank you.

 You'd use this typically in a context where you wanted to pick out one Tuesday:

'We meet on Tuesday evenings. Will you be joining us?'
'Well next Tuesday is my birthday, so not that week, but I'll be coming after that.'
