I am quite certain that we have explained the difference between "everyday" and "every day" to you more than once. I'm also sure that you must know by know that it's "at work", not "on work".

Stick to the basics:

I start work at [the time you arrive at work].
I finish work at [the time you leave work].
I am at work from [start time] to [finish time].
I work for [number of hours in total] hours.
I am off work. (This refers to a day you don't work at all because it's a day off or because you are sick.)
