Please check. Is it correct to say "There is no question of making me stay there(office)? Or we need to remove "Of" from there. Can I say "My manager will definatley give me releaving letter in just one day. He won't ask me stay in that office for few more day". Can we use "Stay" like this or should we use some other word?

What is a "relieving letter"? My guess is that there is a better word choice; maybe "a transfer letter" or "sign transfer paperwork".

In this context, leaving your job if I have understood you, you could say that the manager will not make you work your notice, which is the advanced warning you have to give that you are leaving.
