[Grammar] on last Christmas

Please correct the following sentences.

1. I went to a beach and surf on the ocean on last summer vacation.
2. I ate a turkey on last Christmas.
3. We had a great dinner on last New Year.

Please correct the following sentences.

1. I went to a beach and surf on the ocean on last summer vacation.I went surfing at the beach on my vacation last summer.
2. I ate a turkey on last Christmas. I had turkey last Christmas.
3. We had a great dinner on last New Year. We had a great dinner last New Year's.

No "on" on any of those the way you wrote them - on vacation, but not "on last summer vacation."
Unless you at the entire bird, you "had turkey" not "ate a turkey."
