Are these sentences correct:

1) On the internet is the best way to find information about this subject.

2) Via e-mail is the best way for us to discuss this subject.

They are not incorrect but they're highly unnatural. Both should be written The best way to/for X is ​Y.
 
The internet is the best place would work better for me.
 
And the same with the second one: E-mail is the best way for us to discuss this.
 
The best way to find it is on the internet is OK, but on the internet is the best way to find it moving into Yoda territory for me- the dated syntax and the hi-tech content clash a bit.
