I became confused. Which pronoun is correct to use in the following sentence?

They are not willing to have us on the same floor as "they" OR as "them".

They are not willing to have us on the same floor as "they" OR as "them".

If somebody (for example the landlord), is not willing to have us on the same floor as some other people then it is them.
