"I'll be on holiday on the week 19".


If not, can we ever use "on the week"?

No, I wouldn't use "on the week".

"During week 19" strikes me as the best option.

What exactly do you mean by "week 19"? This is an extremely puzzling phrase.

Do you mean "I'll be on holiday during the week of the 19th"? (that is, the week that will begin on the 19th of the month)

I think he means week 19 of the financial/trading year.
