Each new wave of technology is intended to enhance user convenience, as well as improve security, but sometimes these do not necessarily go hand-in-hand. (1) Make a service too burdensome, and the potential customer will go elsewhere. (2) This obstacle applies at several levels. (4) But they all inevitably add a burden to the use of the account. (5) this is all useful at some level -indeed, it can be reassuring knowing that your bank is keeping alert to protect you - but it becomes tiresome if too many such calls are received.
