As a general statement, you could replace "one" with "you" and "your".
 
Only can't one? works in BrE.

And in AmE, except we hardly ever use the pronoun "one".

Only can't one? is possible in American English, just as it is in the British variety.

It's not an important thing to know in AmE, though. We rarely use one as a personal pronoun, so we wouldn't say the sentence you're asking about.
