1) I apply one day leave.
2) I apply two days leaves.

Are these two sentences grammatically correct?

Thank you.

No.

Use either "I applied for one day of leave/two days of leave." or "I am applying for one day of leave/two days of leave."

'Of' is not necessary in my dialect, AusE. "I applied for two days leave" is normal. (Or maybe it's "two days' leave".)
