[Grammar] one of your team members'

I want to praise one of your team member's/members' commitment to the task.

I don't know if I should put the apostrophe after 'r' or after 's'. I think it is after 's' because of "one of.....(plural)"

If it is wrong, why?

It has to be after the 's'.

It does sound a bit awkward but I think you can get away with leaving the sentence as it is, especially if you want to keep commitment to the task together.

You could say the commitment to the task of one of your team members, but I'm not sure that's an improvement. You might also say one of the members of your team's commitment to the task, but I don't think that's an improvement, either.
