What kind of juice is it?

1-It's orange juice.
or
2- It's an orange juice.

If it is made from oranges, orange juice. I suppose carrot juice could be called an orange (color) juice.

Orange juice is a mass noun (uncountable). As such, it does not usually take an article. However, these days it is quite common to refer to a serving (glass) of orange juice as "an orange juice".

To a waitress: I'll have an orange juice.
 
It could be "an orange juice" if it was in some sort of single-serving container as well. But simply "orange juice" would be the most common answer.
