Which is correct:

1) The inspector ordered our suitcases to be placed in the yard.

2) The inspector ordered for our suitcases to be placed in the yard.

Number one is correct. Number two isn't.

But I don't think the bags will obey.
 
You could even say that the inspector ordered our bags placed in the yard.

So, basically both sentences are incorrect, unless we assume that bags can obey orders, in which case sentence '1' would be correct?
