Out of all the countries you've visited, which one is/was your favorite?

Which one would a native speaker say?

Are both okay?

Both are OK.

I would omit "Out" at the beginning.

Of all the countries you have visited, ...

I'd use 'is', simply because you've used the present perfect in the first clause. If it had begun, "Out of all the countries you visited, ...", I'd use 'was'.
But that's just my preference.

But was wouldn't be wrong?

Do you mean "Are you saying that "was" isn't necessarily wrong?" Don't forget that you can't construct a question by simply writing a statement and adding a question mark.

Yes, If I use was in the second clause, would it be wrong or non-native?

Yes, but I just needed to double confirm. Thanks.

Why? You already thanked him for the response and three other native speakers "liked" his response.

I would just like to know what native speakers would say. Takes time to learn and fully assimilate into a culture. I don't want to make any errors. I need it for my job and livelihood.

And if a native speaker gives an answer and three other native speakers click "Like", then you have the opinion of four native speakers. If any of us has anything to add, we will do so. You don't need to keep adding more posts asking for more opinions. Please stop it.
