Hello there ,
I'm trying to write an essay, it's compared between two cites.
in the introduction I wrote :

Through my life, I have lived in three different cities ...
or
Over my life, I have lived in three different cities ...

which is the correct ?
I'm trying to tell that in my life I have lived in 3 cities and in this essay I want to compare between two of them ..

Thanks.

Why not use "In my life..."?

I'd use "In" but I'd reverse the order: I've lived in three different cities in my life.

Thank you for your quick responses
I'm going to use what
Barb_D said .. " I've lived in three different cities in my life "

but are my two sentences correct ?
or just they do not use it like this in English , because in my language it's okey if I said that , actually it's better than just say " I've lived in three different cities in my life"

Thank you ..
