Dear all,

A guy tells his friend:

"I CAN'T WAIT TO STAND OVER YOUR SHOULDER AND WRITE US A CHECK."

Is "too stand over your shoulder" has an idiomatic meaning?

Thanks a lot.

"I Hate It When People Stand Over My Shoulder And Watch Me Work"

There a Facebook page where people can complain about it! You are working, and someone stands behind you, watching every move that you make. It drives people crazy!

So he means "I can't wait to bother you while you are writing the check"??

I can't get the context here. Can you kindly explain more?

Thanks.
